Eric Rodriguez is a Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers Americas, wine consultant and importer. Has Somm Diplomas in wines and spirits from the Mexican Sommeliers Association and is an Advanced Rioja Specialist by the Rioja Council. Although Eric has had a lifelong interest in wine, his true passion was ignited during his time working in hospitality in Spain many years ago.
Eric has a solid background in tech and telecoms sales consulting, spending almost 20 years of career working in the B2B space serving customers in the U.S. and Latin America. He also holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where he found an opportunity to connect the worlds of marketing and consulting with his passion for wine.
The winellist aims to build a platform where food and beverage professionals, restaurant owners and investors can connect and discover opportunities to create value within the hospitality industry. The winellist also provides consulting services to help on-trade wine program profitability.
